Orders

The order confirmation is sent through email right after you order, so we recommend you to also check your spam folder. However, if you do not receive the order confirmation in your inbox nor your spam folder, you can contact us through our Contact Form. They will send you the confirmation manually.

As a starting point, we have the items that you see on the website. We have carefully selected the colors and materials. However, you are always welcome to make an inquiry about a product, in a different color, then we will investigate further.

At the moment it is not possible to order an extra seat through our webshop. If you are interested in an extra seat you are welcome to contact us by email, then we will get back to you with a status on what will be possible.

Delivery

At the moment we only ship to European countries. In the near future we hope to expand this.
To customers in Japan: We refer to our Japanese distributor Greeniche.

Delivery time is 10-20 working days in the EU. Delivery time to Norway, Switzerland, England, Scotland, and Wales may take additional delivery time due to custom handling.

The product price reflects the honest price of creating a furniture piece, which does not include shipping. We want to set a fair price where shipping is added to your specific purchase. Moreover, our packing process will be handled with care – by humans and not robots 🙂

Delivery to Denmark, Olive Barstool: 65 EUR per unit
Delivery to European countries, Olive Barstool: 105 EUR per unit

Import taxes will be applied and determined by customs in your country, in case you order from outside the EU. You will receive a notification about import taxes from the customs. For further information we advice you to contact the customs in your country.

Our physical showrooms are in Copenhagen. The showrooms are open upon request. Please, contact us in order to book a visit. You will be able to feel and try our products at the showrooms. Orders made at the showrooms will be shipped from our storage.

Returns & Refunds

Please inform us by using the Contact Form. We will then process your case as soon as possible.

We do not cover return shipping costs. This is because we are a small company and cannot afford to offer free return shipping at this point of time. You may choose the carrier of your preference.

We will give you a full refund using the same method you used to pay.  Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your own account.

Maintenance

Wood is a living material and can therefore naturally change its appearance over time, especially when the surface is exposed to direct sunlight.

Upholstery with textile: Clean gently with a vacuum cleaner.
Wood: Clean gently with a dry piece of cotton.
